NOTICE TO SAAF FUND MEMBERS
The Body Corporate of the various resorts where the SAAF Fund owns Holiday Accommodation informed the owners that no vehicle is allowed to drip oil on the Common Property. SAAF Fund members who go on holiday must ensure that their cars do not drip oil. Cost to clean will be on the members account.
It was further urgently requested that where there are monkeys, baboons etc on or close to the Holiday Accommodation that they have become DANGEROUS and are not to be FED.
Noise has become a problem and owners have been requested to advise members to comply to the House Rules where it is clearly indicated what is expected from the holiday makers.
YOUR COOPERATION TO COMPLY TO THE BODY CORPORATE RULES WILL BE APPRECIATED.
Good news. The following flats have been upgraded Mtunzi 19, Villa Sering 17 and 21.
