NOTICE TO SAAF FUND MEMBERS
AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEED OF TRUST APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ON 13 MAY 2010 PARA 1.4.1.4 READ AS FOLLOWS.
Beneficiaries of the Fund
“Members who have resigned or terminated their fixed term contract or been declared permanently unfit to serve in the Defence Force by the Surgeon General with at least 10 years of contributing membership and who have paid the pre-determined rate annually in advance until the age of 55 years.”
Para 1.4.2 “Members will be granted free life membership of the Fund should they reach the minimum age of 55 years or above and have contributed for a period of at least 10 years (continuous or non-continuous) to the Fund.
Trustees and Base/Unit Commanders are requested to bring this notice to the attention of the members of the SAAF Fund.
